Privacy notice
How BlossomHill Schools handles the personal information you share through this website.
What we collect
This website only collects information when you send an enquiry or book a school tour on our contact page. The form asks for:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- The subject of your enquiry and your message
- Your child's current class (optional)
- Your preferred tour date and time (for tour bookings)
- Your agreement that we may contact you about the enquiry
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and this website does not track your visit.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to answer your enquiry, arrange a school tour, or follow up on admissions, fees, transport or careers questions you raised. We never sell or share your details for marketing.
Lawful basis
[placeholder - review against NDPA 2023] We process enquiry details on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the consent box, and our legitimate interest in responding to families who contact us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If your child joins BlossomHill, admissions records move to the school portal.
Who sees it
Only BlossomHill admissions and administrative staff who handle enquiries. Our website is hosted by trusted service providers who store the data securely on our behalf and may not use it for anything else.
Your choices and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time. Email admin@blossomhillschools.com with the subject "Data request" and we will respond within 30 days.
